Not hungray and I'm 4 weeks!!!?
OK ON TUESDAY I FOUND OUT I WAS 4 WEEKS AND 5 DAYS PREGGERS WITH MY 1ST CHILD!!!!!!. I KNOW I HAVE TO EAT BUT IM JUST NOT HUNGRAY(THAT IS SOOOOO NOT LIKE ME LOL!!) BUT EVERY SINCE I FOUND OUT I HAVENT BEEN HUNGRAY. ANY SUGGESTIONS AND HAS ANYBODY EXPERIENCED THIS?
my bad i didnt no i was at a freaking spelling bee i mean hungry!!

I have the worst time getting any food into my system during pregnancy. I am rarely hungry. Try to keep mealtimes with like your spouse and then it will help you eat some. The baby is going to take everything that it needs regardless of how much you eat. Try to find some foods that you like and go with them. Fruit is good for the baby, not too filling, and probably won't make you nauseous.

even if you dont feel hungry your baby needs nourishment throughout the day so it can develop, grow and be strong... you dont need to be very hungry to eat! think about healthy small meals and eat them while watching tv so you are distracted. your baby is relying on you now so start eating!

first off its hungry..... second of all - just try and eat little meals during the day - apple here... a sandwich here. things like that... dont stuff your face... just kinda eat a little bit every so often so you still eating

yes but you just have to force something down 3 times a day plus a couple snacks... its tough but its for the baby
