child support in CA?

I just need an estimate on this. I am just curious, we are going to have all the paper work by the end of the month but I am just curious. :)

I am wondering how much would I been paying for child support. Lets see, I get paid around 2,000 per month before taxes. She gets paid 1400 per month before taxes.

We live in California. We are not married. We are going to share our son 50/50. I mean we are going to have our son 50/50 per week, half week our son is going to stay with her and half week with me.

For her bills/rent she is going to pay around 800 dlls. Me around 1,500. How much am I going to pay for child support?

Please advice.

well mant times a judge will not allow a child residence to be split like that, because it doesnt allow for stability, BUT if the judge does allow it he may not require either parent to pay since both parents will ahve the child the same amount of time.

usually child support can be agreed upon by the parties, regardless of the state guidleines.

I giggled at this, he will pay you newborn help because of the fact you have the infants the final public of the time, no way ought to you pay him a single penny. As for putting the money away for training tell him to take a flying bounce and robust luck attempting to get you in court docket over money he must be paying you. commence hassling the CSA to chase him for owed newborn help. you will possibly be doing fairly plenty working 2 jobs yet you ought to no longer must be, the infants are his duty too.

I can't believe you spend 75% of your income on rent. That really stinks.
