If you mean the Xbox360, well that's probably the best version in terms of graphics (obviously) and content, you can also download new songs and there's an additional playable character that isn't in the PS2 and Wii versions.
The PS2 and WII version are identical, but I prefer the Wii version of the Guitar controller to the Xbox360 one.
So basically in order..
1. Xbox360
2. Wii
3. PS2

i have the PS3 version and thats really good, and you can get extras from the Online shop and all sorts. I dont think there is a massive difference in gameplay between them all though.
