iTunes HELP! They charged me for 13 songs and I only got 9 of them. Did the check--says all tunes downloaded?

Anyone know what to do?

    Email the customer service people. That happened to me once. The iTunes peeps are very helpful. Just make sure when you email them to be very specific about which songs you got and which ones you didn't and stuff.

    I hope it all gets fixed. =]
