It's bad enough I have to call them for support, I have to work with them too. PLEASE don't think I'm prejudiced, I'm really not. But when one of our own servers goes down, I have to call someone in India and I can't understand half of them, so I try to use email, but they insist on talking. I can't believe we haven't learned that it doesn't save money in the long run...
