How To Get Rid Of My Step Father?
I hate him and when my mom is around him, she's another person. Its to the point that she is always worried about what he thinks and can't do a thing without his permission. I can't stand him and he tries to be my father when really, I can't stand for him to be around. I know that everyone else doesn't like him because of the little comments they make when, he's not around. And I can't tell my mother, so what can I do to make my Mom see how much he doesn't like us (because he doesn't) and how much i hate him? Or any other suggestions? Oh and don't think I just hate my steps I <3 my step mom

you dont have to love him but u have to respect him. Regardless of how much u think he doesnt like you. Ur mom is an adult and if something is wrong she will figure it out. In the meantime, u be the respectful young woman i know u are and ignore him. You dont have to talk to him. If he asks u something answer him and keep it moving...Learn to live with it. And u cant do anything to make ur mom see. Some women are blinded with their arms tied behind their backs when they think they are in love, but that isnt for u to judge..stay in ur place, maintain ur composure and hopefully things will get better

Tell someone at school that your step-father has threatened you. Tell them that you are afraid of him finding out that you told them about him and that they can't tell your step-father who told on him. Your mom is probably afraid of him. That's why she doesn't do anything about him stealing from her or why she doesn't kick him out. Maybe she is afraid that if he leaves, there won't be enough money to pay the rent or buy food. If she is being abused, she can call an Abused Women's Advocacy. They need one for men and boys too. Women beat men up, too. She can call the Department of Human Services. They should be able to help both of you. Good luck

Just tell your mom, it will solve your problem. I swear. Tell her that he's completely another person when she's around.
