    Christ-like? No.

    Christian? Yes.

The two may mean the same thing in theory, but in practice they are very, very different.

True this is not very Christlike behavior. Unfortunately, Christians make mistakes too and have consequences for their actions. Many people are called to do Jesus' work but many do not follow. Meaning many do not follow Jesus' actions on love. Love kills all hate. Good Anger is what Jesus taught. Meaning to be angry but not with violence such as name calling. Startling people to think like only knocking a table down when money is earned dishonestly. He never would call a person a "fag". He would have all the prostitutes, children, and other people who were the outcast of society come to Him. I think your story is a sad one because people need more love in the world of trouble.

  • Since more and more Christians appear to act with such hatred and intolerance, I would say yes.

Have you seen the Christian outrage over this that you would have seen if the Christian was attacked by the protester?

    I didn't think so.

    That was not Christ like.

Some so-called Christians expect Christ to have mercy on on them but they are not willing to extend any.

We need to consider the gravity in the Lord's prayer when it says"And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors"

Sounds like someone misrepresented themselves as Christian, just like Nero and Caligula's did and Blamed them, making them scapegoats for Everything that goes wrong to Pump up their own political position.

No, but given the number of Christians who use their Christianity as an excuse to hate, vilify, lie about, and assault others, I'm honestly not surprised.
