Would this make a good Family Guy joke?

This is actually adding to one of their previous jokes:

Remember that episode (North by North Quahog) where Peter and lois are having sex and Meg, Chris, and Stewie hear the creaks of the bed, and Stewie is dreaming of everything he hears. In his dream he is sitting in rocking on a porch of a wooden house and his chair is making the creaks the bed is making, so whatever Stewie hears is in his dream. Wouldn't it be more funny that in his dream when he is in the chair then Lois stands next to him and sees Peter in the distance running to her and screaming, '' Im coming Lois!!!!, Im coming!!!!'', and then Lois says,''Ohhh Peter!!!!'', then Lois and Peter Hug (remember this is in Stewie's dream). So you get it? Anything Stewie hears while he is sleeping become the sound or dialogue in his dream.

So what do you think? I think its a good joke because only adults would understand it.
