The rules should be the same as a regular soccer game but i would take it a little easier on them, like if they lift their leg on a throw in, give them another chance. At that age you should be encouraging them to have fun and learn the sport. A link to the rules for the US soccer federation is below but the rules might be different in your area but i doubt it.

yes get a second apinion It could be that she is trying to get out of school or it might be that she was genuinely worried that if she got a terrible headache at school she would be stuck there and not have you for comfort. It might help your doctor if you could get some more information about the headaches from your daughter (as she is now old enough) when in the doctors room she may feel intimidated answering the doctors questions. Its also amazing how much she might know and doesnt think its important to tell you (i work with children and you often get children who tell you thier lesg hurt but forget to tell you taht it was because they banged thier leg on the table! so you spend ages tryng to find out why! ha ha) try some of these; - do you know what might be making your head hurt - where is your headache (on the head obviously but where abouts!) - how does it hurt (what type of pain/how much, try likening it to something she has experienced) also another good idea is to keep a record of when, where, how, how long, where on the head, what type of pain and how much it hurts. This way you might be able to pick up a pattern. good luck :)
