Why doesn't the answer's main page refresh?

Every question on this page has like 1000s of answers and yet some say they have 0??? You can't refresh the page and see questions asked longer ago than like 15 hours? Is anyone else having this problem? Will this question even get submitted? Lol I guess I'll find out...

Update:

OK I figured out a way to bypass this.

Just type in answers.yahoo.com each time into your browser window and the home page will have new questions. Weird!

Update 2:

Thanks, ill give a point to each answer

I can see new questions on the main page, but if I try to go to any specific category, then it says all the questions are around 15 hours old. Y!A has had this little hiccup before...and its rather annoying since this is what I do in lieu of working.
