If I live in New Hampshire and work in Massachusettes, do I have to pay MA state income tax?

    I live in NH and work in MA. Bend over - here comes the tax man.

    You pay MA income tax and if you're a home owner in NH you also pay NH property tax.

    Hint - for MA income tax you only pay taxes for the days that you physically work in MA. So keep track of any days you work from home, travel, sick etc.. doesn't matter that you were paid out of MA, you only pay tax on days you were physically in the state.

    The answer above me is correct. My father too lives in NH owns a house in NH and works in Boston.

    You need to pay taxes in the craphole of a state if you breathe the air here. But don't worry it goes to illegal aliens and the legal layabouts.
