Not sure what you mean by what guys want. But Casablanca and Marrakech are good places to visit. As far as hotel rules, you cannot have female visitors unless they are your family.

marakech is the place to be
hotels have same rules as a typical hotel else where...don't make louzzy noises etc...for as long as you paid for your staying and food there is no difficult rules.
you will ave lots of fun in marakech night life and easy to blend in with the people:-)...just don't be too naughty lol
