My lower abdomen is hard...what could it mean?

I don't know what's going on, but about 4 or 5 days ago I noticed thamy lower abdomen was feeling hard. I was having really bad cramps...sooner that day I had some bleeding but it went away the next day.

And plus, I've been on the Depo shot for 10 months an I never really bleed. This is the second time in within 10 months. And at night I feel some pressure while i sleep!

My abdomen is still like this. Now I'm a virgin and I have not have sex...so there's NO WAY I could be pregnant. But I just want to know what it is!!!

Hi your pelvis could be out of alignment which can cause pain in the lower back, buttock and thigh (leg) and also sometimes with mine i get a sore tummy too, not as often as the rest. i suggest you go and see a physiotherapist and ask them to check if your pelvis is out of alignment, my physio has helped me so much with my lower back pain. if the physio cannot help i would go and see your doctor, also physio may make you feel better straight away or it could take a couple of visits just to get the pelvis back into the right position. Good Luck i hope you feel better soon.
