Keep Tejada and Ramirez. Ramirez has been up a little longer, so he has some more experience and is on a better team than aviles.

Tejada and Ramirez. Aviles is inconsistent and either does really well, or really bad. Tejada is still producing, and should get out of his slump soon. Ramirez is pretty consistent right now, after breaking out of his slump two months ago.
