What happened?

maybe your period just came early

mine have been regular for a while but every now and then i still get one off schedule

period are always irregular unless you are on birth control. i have had my period since i was 12 and now that i am 19 i still have no clue of when it is coming. i know about the time but not the exact. it could be that your cycle is 28 days or less even. if you have a short period, it usually comes sooner rather than later. if you have a long period (a week long) it is usually ever 30-31 days. it is most lilely your period.

If its a week early it doesnt mean youre unhealthy or anything bad. It simply means its early!

you could just be unhealthy...

i know that when i was really sick a few weeks ago it got really messed up and one second i was bleeding like crazy the next there was nothing....

or when i was on birthcontrol it really screwed up my period so it just might be one of those

could be a blood clot, it usually comes out during your period, but have you been stressed out lately? ...i dont think it should worry you too much.

Are you on birth control, if so its normal it happens every once in awhile.
