You can do it from Messenger. Click on Help and then Report an Error. If you can't get into Messenger, you can try the following link: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/messenger/contact...

Go into control panel and then programs.un-install yahoo messenger..also clean it off your desktop.
then type in your search bar Yahoo messenger for vista..this will upload and you will be able to use messenger again
