personal statement?

How do you write a personal statement for applying for a job of being an analyst. On my help sheet this is what it says for the job and analyst:

You must be good with numbers and should enjoy problem solving. You should be confident with the skills and ideas of mathematic and/or science. You will need a keen eye for detail and be good at making observations. Good computer skills are a bonus.

I am good at all these things but I don't know how to write it. Please help.
