How many creams and sugars is extra extra at Dunkin Donuts?
I f I order a medium iced coffee at Dunkin Donuts with extra cream and extra sugar, how many creams and sugars am I getting? And Also, how many creams and sugars is a regular medium iced coffee?
I know how I like it but I'm just wondering exactly how many I get when I order it this way. We're having a debate at work so asking them tomorrow would be great but I'm looking for the answer right now. Thanks.

You problally will put on weight and block up arterys so try this mabey it will help;) Lots of small meals (instead of 3 large meals). This keeps your metabolism high. Have a 'traditional' breakfast cereal (something like Special K or Weetabix). They are low in sugar which is important as this makes you gain weight. Have a little snack between breakfast and lunch (something small and low in calories). I suggest some fruit. Bananas are good to eat in the morning because they give you long term energy (fructose if you want to get technical) which gives you energy throughout the day. For lunch, I suggest something quite small. You can probably still eat the same food as you eat now but just don't have it all for lunch (imagine what you eat now for lunch - have half of it at lunch and half of it after lunch at about 3.30 PM). Have another snack between lunch and dinner if you need it. Then for dinner, make sure you are not having a massive meal. This is because your metabolism is naturally slowest in the evening/night. So you will not burn off the food as well later into the day as you would in the morning. For me, I find this is a great time to eat some vegetables to contribute to my 5 a day. If you do find you have had a big meal in the evening, go for a walk or jog. Drink as much water as possible throughout the day. 2 litres (8 glasses) is recommended. The colder the water, the better as your body has to work to warm itself up (which means you are burning calories). If you drink/eat ice cubes, this is even better than water! So to conclude... EAT: Lots of fruit and veg Eat frequently but in small quantities Eat more in the morning than the afternoon/evening AVOID: Too many carbohydrates Too many sugars (natural sugars are ok though - they are found in fruit) Too much fat Snacking the wrong types of foods (biscuits, chocolate etc) Fizzy drinks
