    Every hole on a golf course has a par.

    The par is the score that a professional/scratch golfer is expected to hit on that hole.

    Bogie is one shot over the par.

    Birdie is one shot under the par

    Eagle is two shots under the par.

    Therefore Eagle is the best of the three, followed by Birdie and then Bogey.

    Every hole has an assigned "par". This is the score an expert player would expect to make. One over par on a hole is called a bogie. One under par is called a birdie. Two under on a hole is an eagle. Also, there is 3 under on a hole, which is called a double eagle or albatross.

    In golf par is the ideal score a bogie is one over par, birdie is one under par and eagle is 2 under par for a given hole. since golf is about the lowest score and eagle is the best

    eagle is the best, which is 2 under par, birdie is second which is one under par, and bogie is the worst out of the three, it is one over par.

    Par is a score set on a golf course, usually around 70.

    Each hole has its "par" score, usually 3, 4, or 5.

    Your goal as a golfer is to make par or under.

    Bogie is when you get the ball in the hole one stroke over par.

    Bogie = One over par

    Par = Even with par

    Birdie = One under par

    Eagle = Two under par

    Albatross (or double eagle) = Three under par, scored by a hole in one on a par four, or having two strokes on a par 5

    Condor (or triple eagle) = Four under par, scored by a hole in one on a par 5, or having two strokes on a rare par 6
