Why do people remove the emblems on their cars?
This makes no sense to me. Today, I saw a brand new Infiniti G37s, and they left the G37s and removed the entire Infiniti logo. Could someone please explain this to me? Thanks!

Many people remove the dealer logos from their cars. Why advertise the dealer for free?
I always remove the dealer logo decal with WD-40 on any new car I buy. Unless the dealer wants to pay me for advertising his dealership, the logo comes off.

They probably feel like the emblems will get stolen anyway. Removing them prevents damages associated with them being stolen.

It prevents people from the Ghetto stealing them and wearing them around their neck on a chain

sometimes people do that for copyright purposes so they can take pix and vidz without worrying about a lawsuit being filed and other reasons some people believe it is more stylish that way
