No.Eat smart & wisely. It is the secret to good health. In Singapore,a great variety of cooked food is readily available throughout the day at affordable prices,so it is not
surprising that many of us eat out for breakfast, morning snack, lunch, dinner & supper.

Depends. It's not really the most nutritious food around. But yeah, it also depends on what kind of hawker food you get, like if you keep eating the fried, oily ones then there's a high chance you'd end up gaining weight if you ate it everyday.
I'm sure there are hawker foods that might be healthier than others, key is to find them. You don't have to stop eating the fried food, just to have it in moderation. Also, like One Ho said, you might end up lacking the nutrition needed everyday by your body. Taking a nutrition supplement pill would be a pretty good idea.

Not really. If you avoid the oily and deep fried food, it is unlikely to get fat eating hawker food. Ask for more vegetables and less oil and salt.
What you are lacking would be the nutritional value of the food.

A plate of plain rice with vegetables or steamed fish can be found in all hawkers. So can western food of grilled fish or fish and chips. Even vegetarian food. If you're health conscious, ask for less oil and more veges.

When one gets older, it will be easy to get fat, regardless of the type of food one eats. Exercise & sleep a lot, to keep in shape.
