Curried Sausages?

You could probably just follow an ordinary curried sausages recipe but instead of frying the sausages, just boil them. I don't think the outcome would be that different (except it's probably healthier to boil and slightly less tasty).

I boil mine to get fat out of them, then because my husband like them to be browned i fry them in electric fry pan, I add onions and carrot then curry mix and let simmer until mixture thickens. serve on bed of rice or mashed potato.

I just put mine in a casserole dish with, onions, curry powder,spices, etc.

Cover with water and bake slowly.

Sausages expand in hot liquid, make sure they don't dry out.
