If you are into strategy games then get Civilization. Otherwise give Soulcalibur 4 a try. It will be available next week and is getting good reviews so far.

While I do recommend EA Skate and NBA 2k8, in the end it comes down to your likings. But what you should be getting when it is released is Prototype. Game has been in the making since 2005 and looks crazy! Check it out.

Unreal Tournament III
Extremely fast, you won't have more than say 10 seconds before you find more enemys attacking you. Great Multiplayer.
