cancel yahoo personals subscription?

Alot of the times, subscription services online will make it as hard as possible to find a link to discontinue services. Its a dirty way of jacking people up for money. They figure that some people will give up and leave the service running until they find a way to cancel it. The directions to cancel in some other services not necessarily yahoo related are unclear.

The problem I am having now is that I want to cancel my personals service as well, and the link to "manage premium services" is down at the moment. How convenient ehh? It has been down for at least the past 10 hours or so. I want to cancel my subscription, but I cant because the one link that allows me to do so happens to be down. I don't want to be charged either. I can't find a phone hotline to call to cancel the service. I sent an email to them and so hopefully I will hear something in the next 24 hours.

It's listed under the "my account" part. It's not very hard to find or cancel. You can cancel your subscription but still keep your personals profile. You just won't be able to e-mail others. You can only send the Icebreakers. Hope this helps
