i got a job in dephi.they need 3y Bond but too low salary.no salary for 3m ,training. waat abt job opertunity on DEPHI .

    Nowadays? Not too much. Delphi is basically a super-duper version of Turbo Pascal, with an innovative form/code dual-view ability. However, Visual BASIC basically pretty much killed it as a widely used language, but a core / niche keep on using it... because it IS good. But is it "employable"? I'd say, depends on how much of that niche you want to exploit. If you need to put food on the table, then I'd say no. Go learn Visual BASIC or something.
