Hokay...
Being the obsessive Mimi I am.. I found this link where I could download the Silent Hill 3 cutscenes somehow magically.
But... also being the forgetful Mimi that loses things... I obviously lost it. >_>;;
So, if anyone could tell me where I can download these scenes, I'd be pretty greatful.

look in your browser history(if you haven't erased it already.)
if not google it,by the way what scenes do you want i have beaten it several time.
Source(s): personal experience(looking for game cut scenes can get annoying.)
