Then we wont have those issues women/teenagers have like bulimia,depression,and anorexia.

That would be impossible. As long as women/vanity/competitiveness co-exist simultaneously causing women to always think someone else may look better than they do, we women will never be satisfied with our looks. But men are the same also. The only difference is women keep striving for as long as they live. Men stop after the honeymoon. LOL
