Guys: When your girlfriend's on her period...?

my boyfriend rubs my tummy. And he dosnt think its gross or anything, just natural. We just cuddle instead of have sex

I hate having my era. Ha, i think of each woman does. i'm getting severe cramps. some situations they have been so undesirable that I vomited. I consistently ought to take a gaggle of painkillers as nicely. no longer exciting.

you should be a gentle man and try to be there for your girlfriend. it is a real phenomenon and guys should understand the physiology behind the female reproductive organ. menstruation is a normal thing, and because your girlfriend's monthly period is influenced by hormones made inside her brain, and menstrual cramps is caused by these hormones, they should be feeling really bad, it greatly helps that you guys should be there for her and bring her some over-the-counter medicines. in that way, she would appreciate you effort.

Think of it this way...when you feel lousy..when something hurts...how does she treat you? Why not treat her like you'd like to be treated when you feel bad..just be nice and make her comfortable..its not like it lasts forever.....If its real severe..ask her to talk to the Dr.. and perhaps she can get some medicine to ease the problems once a month....its not a pass to be a "B" but it's a thing women must live with....

it's good to keep up with your partner's cycle, it helps to explain some possible emotions and/or physical complaints. even now with my ex if we are around each other during that time i make sure she has ibuprofen and what ever food she might crave.

occasionally some women like sex during that time and i have no problem with that

yah. I think it would be better to share it. That way they know that they need to comfort you and not end up doin the exact opposite lol.

When I was with my boy I always used to tell him, it made it much easier... plus they kinda assume if you don't tell them anyways. Hopefully they will be a sweetheart and take care of you :)

me and my boyfriend act the same, it kind of sucks cuz he knows that i get really bad cramps but doesn't do anything. hes the one that gets moody cuz he can't have sex for a week :)

usually I can tell when mines on, she wouldnt have to tell me, but I do try to be more sensitive to her needs at that time, beacause if I dont, Id probaly get my *** kicked lol

women like someone by them at that time. so i would stay by her if i didn't do that i am not a good man and i am not worthy to be call her husband/boyfriend.
