Feeling your heart beating irregularly is a sign that something is going wrong with your heart's electrical conduction.
You MUST go to a doctor for an EKG so he can figure out what's going wrong. You may need a pacemaker, or you may just need medication.
Either way, go to the doctor!! You cannot treat this yourself!
