Firstly, do you think the rule of law is applicable in Malaysia? Secondly, after considering issues like the resignation of John Profumo, James Callaghan, Alan Amos, Earl of Jellicoe,John Belcher and David Mellor based on problem arising due to their personal conduct and financial probity. Do you think that the conventions of collective and individual ministerial responsibility is being practice in Malaysia?
Those examples were from the UK..but if you don't know who they are, just ignore that part and type what you think in relation to the question.
Yea..I'm reading law but I'm just doing a comparison with our country.
Dear wtsg,
when you meant interpretation are you interpretating it in line with Dicey's three principles? Furthermore, conventions and the conception of rule of law is not laid in statutes, so they're just theories and customs which generally should be practised.
