Make her notice you then become friends. Then you can just ask her if she would want to go to a movie or something.

A car or licence don´t come into it, if you and her go to church then the answer is there, have faith my friend and tell her how you feel, a girl wants to feel she can trust you being honest is part of that trust. Good luck and belive in yourself.

i think that you should ask her how she feels about you if she sees you as a friend or more

depending on the answer tell her how you feel

then maybe if she feels the same way you feel just tell her that you reall like her and that you would want to be more than friends

dont make out that you cant be friends if she says that she doesnt want to make a go of it

go up to her after church and just ask her is she wouls like to get something to drink or something then walk to a little coffee shop/tim hortons or whatever and just talk. or give her your email address and ask her if she wants to go to the movies sometime. hope this helped and good luck!
