Muffin Top!!! AHHH!!! Help pleazzzzzzze!!! (Read deatails)?

What are some workouts that will get rid of my muffin top/ tone up my sides? Thank you for your help!

    Gardening - it helps to work out your abs, your back, your glutes, your lats (sides), and your shoulders / traps.

    Simple jogging will also help.

    Until then, wear looser pants so as not show off that muffin top :-).

    i would suggest jogging and eating better, you need to lower your body fat and the easiest way to do this is burn more calories (the jogging) and eating less (or better).
