Western confernce playoff picture next seaon?
1. Los Angeles Lakers- Maybe another chance for them make the finals, Bynum's time is now...
2. New Orleans Hornets- The addition of James Posey can help their bench a lot.
3. San Antonio Spurs- Aging team but still a contender in the wild wild west...
4. Utah Jazz- Utah is probably just one piece away from being the class of the West. Maybe the time is now?
5. Portland Trail Blazers- A young and very talented team. How long can they survive the wild wild west?
6. Houston Rockets- Tmac and Yao are the bottomline, but I dont see both of them to complete the season very healthy.
7. Phoenix Suns- Ugh!! This is supposed to be done by this time. But Amare and Nash is still alive so playoffs is still with them.
8. Dallas Mavericks- The west is just far too tough for Dallas to be considered an elite team so 8th seed for them.

9. Sacramento Kings- Artest must be gone, Martin must be the main man... A very talented team though..
10. Goldenstate Warriors- No offense but Ellis can never replace Davis..
11. Denver Nuggets- Somethings wrong going around here..
12. LA Clippers- Davis is the main guy here but Thornthon and Gordon needs more time to improved...
13. Memphis Grizzlies- OJ Mayo is a great prospect maybe 2 more years..
14. Minnesota T'wolves- The T'wolves will be better than they were a season ago. Al and Kevin are both good players for them..
15. Seattle/Oklahoma- Durant needs time to show what he got..

1. LAKERS- gve them another chance
2. SPURS- solid line-up, BIG3
3. HORNETS- It's still CP3 showtime bsktball
4. MAVERICKS- Kidd will had the adjustments
5. SUNS- Nash and Amare best plays
6. ROCKETS- Yao is back, jazz will be dead!!
7.JAZZ- just got lucky, Rockets w/out Yao is a big loss!!!
8. Trailblazers- wid Rudy Fernandez in addittion it will be a run and gun team!!!

1. Suns (you just wait and see, everyone jumped on the Suns' hater "bandwagon" when Shaq came!! They aint that bad and are actually one of the best out west)

5. Lakers (many people aren't takin into consideration that Kobe will have to share the ball with two people, Bynum and Gasol, I think someone out of the trio is gonna get mad and screw something up becuase they aren't getting the ball)

Mavs are now underdogs. I don't care whatever other people think about them. They've been through too much pain already. They're going to be the 2009 NBA champions. It's do or die for them. I don't care what seed they land as long as they become the 2009 National Basketball Association Champions.

Dunno how the seeding will go but I'm pretty sure those teams will make the playoffs.
Nuggets losing Camby pretty much cleared the playoff picture.
