How is it "American" that the Dems pass 94% of bills w/o debates or actual voting??

    Because most bills are trivialities that require little debate.

    What made you come up with 94% ?

    It may have been a little more believable if you said 9.4%.

    No bills can be passed without a vote.

    Read "How A Bill Becomes A Law" , Its written and illustrated for children, so you may get it.
