no. theres a difference between bullying and intimidating someone which is what alex did, and expressing an opinion, which is what rex did.

what he said is the truth, she is being different. the only difference is while the other members of the gents club didnt say much, rex just rolled everything he thought after seeing those videos off, and told rachel what he thought.

personally, i think rachel was very fake in that video, rex said the same, and he also made a point of saying that whilst he doesnt mind how she is, shes sold herself out by pretending to be something she isnt. thats not bullying thats telling how it is.

and if anything, i think he should win it.
