I say go for it as long as you don't plan on keeping it much longer than the warranty period. That way you have documented proof the car was fixed "right" by the dealership and you should not have problems with claims.
Other than that, you might find out the car is completely fine in the next 46,000 miles. If there was a problem with strut angles (eg: camber, toe), differential compromising or anything of the sort it would show up in that time. Just realize you will not get much money out of the car when you go to sell it again with the major repair showing up on the car's records.

The problem our cars is that even though they " fixed it" some parts hadn't shown symptoms of wear after the accident. But significantly are losing a lot of their strength, for example the suspension i'm sure was shot, and they got 1 side fixed but not the other, putting loads of stress on the other side.
i would avoid it, and get an 04 with stronger wheel hubs.

Depending on your age, even if you can afford the car, can you afford the insurance ? It'll be a killer premium.

I would still avoid it but that's me. For another 5000 or so you can find one that hasn't been wrecked and repaired.
