What do you do when you know someone has been downloading kiddie porn movies and images?
The guys is in another state. He uses Frostwire to download loads of kiddie porn movies and images from Russia, Czech Rep. and Japan, among some of the countries. He even traffics these with 200 other guys across the country. What do I do if I have hard proof that he's doing this?

I have had a very close friend get into a similar situation but not NEARLY as bad as this guy's. My friend got busted because of the malware on his computer did it, it wasn't entirely his fault, but this guy is just a complete sicko! Report him to the police and have them monitor him and then bust him red handed. You might even get to get the other 200 guys too!
By doing this you put another ring of sick perverts in prison and end atrocities to many innocent children.
