    C:>Program Files>Yahoo!\Messenger>Profiles>your name >achives>messages

    click on contacts and scroll down to message archive, it can be set to save or delete them by clicking on the first page>preferences, click on it and then mark the options for the messages and contacts, click O.K. when you are done.

    go to messenger then preferences...archive...view archive and ur there
