My friend's body is extra warm, super hot. Does anyone know if this is a disease? Why is his body heat so hot?

He does not have a fever or anything. I just do not understand why his body temperature is that hot? does anyone have any idas?

Thanks

He probably has really good circulation, does he eat a lot of spicy foods? I know I have poor circulation and i am often told that i feel cold to the touch, but my temperature is normal.

You may be talking about something different than body temperature. I'm betting that if you took his temperature, it wouldn't be any warmer than the average person.

He might, however, seem to radiate more heat than a normal person. This could be a result of a higher metablolism, meaning that his body burns energy faster than an average person.

"Extra warm" and "super hot" don't mean anything. What is his body temperature in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit?

...might be due to the lack of sweat

glands which may lead to hyperthermia....
