My friend's body is extra warm, super hot. Does anyone know if this is a disease? Why is his body heat so hot?

He does not have a fever or anything. I just do not understand why his body temperature is that hot? does anyone have any idas?

Thanks

it is normal, you are probably like me and run a degree or two cooler and your buddy a bit hotter so you notice it when you touch.

98.6 is just an awerage I usually run 96 to 97

He could have an emerging illness called Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (Microwave Sickness). Is he a cell phone/cordless phone user?

I have this illness, and I experience flushing and warmth when the environmental levels of electromagnetic/microwave/radiowave fields go up due to area cell phone traffic. Some days I even sweat profusely and react to magnetic storms.

Apparently the body 'thinks' it is being thermally heated, so it releases heat shock proteins in response.

Don't expect his doctor to do anything about it though, unless he happens to live in Switzerland where Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity IS a recognized illness. American doctors are wayyy behind.

My sister is the same way! Lol, she's 10. Like in winter, it get s SUPER cold, and she's always like, "Come over here, I've stored some body heat for you in this blanket". Lol, it's really funny.

But yeah, I don't know why.

Normal human body temperature is 97-99.6 degrees

He might just have a higher body temperature than you.
