rip the cd using any popular media player such as Window Media Player. There will be a tab on the top stating rip, just locate the disk and the rest is easy.

Then its just a matter of inserting the SD card into your computer. If you have a laptop with it inbuilt then thats perfect, your all set (remember to put it in the adapter first....thats where people can get there cards stuck...even i did it once). If not your gonna have to buy a cheap multi-card reader such as an Internal Card Reader 33-in-1 (which is like a bay device that just needs to be hooked up in your PC).

You can also get USB variations of this so if you have a laptop or dont know how to install a bay device its plug and play. Just head to your local store or go to a place like Newegg.com and search under Card Readers.

First record your CD into MP3 or AAC files, you can use windows media or itunes, or whatever you find ok with.

After that, all you need to do is to copy the files into you SD card.

Surely you need CDrom (at least) connect to your PC....
