Ella extrana a Mexico.
The "a" needs to be there, but most of the time when someone is speaking it isn't really heard because it sort of blends in with the "a" in extrana.

Méjico is not correctly written, you must use México
and the sentence would go:
Ella extraña México
it wouldn´t sound correct to add *a* bc this is used for people for eg: Ella extraña *a* Juan

Ella extraña mexico
Mexico le hace falta
and if you're saying she missed being in mexico, then this might work...
Ella le hace falta estar en mexico

OK....
"Ella extraña a México" or "Ella extraña México" (Both are correct)
You can use "a" after the conjugated verb "extrañar" (to feel the lack or loss of)
You can say in English::: SHE FEELS THE LACK OF MEXICO (customs, habits, language, friends, family.........) or SHE MISSES MEXICO
Translating this sentence you can say either "ELLA ECHA DE MENOS A MÃXICO" or "ELLA ECHA DE MENOS MÃXICO" or "ELLA EXTRAÃA A MÃXICO" or "ELLA EXTRAÃA MÃXICO"
Greetings!!!
