Cooking/Baking... WITH Jellies/Jams?
I often cook with Jellies I make like Rosemary Jelly used to baste Turkey for instance. Pear Butter with Pork Chops etc.
I just canned a huge amount of Plum jams and jellies do you have some ideas of how to cook or bake with it? Thanks!

Jam roly poly and custard, (just having a school dinner moment), it was gorgeous always burnt my tongue.!!
Stewed plums and rice pudding
Plum sauce, on BLT.
Upside down plum pudding.
