Get you a good virus protection If you can download one without firefox shutting down you can try avast anitvirus if you can't download anything i guess you can go out and buy one or you could do a system recovery that will wipe out everything. Good luck.

As for the firefox problem?
Try uninstalling and reinstalling firefox, if that doesn't work, I found that the new version of firefox wouldn't work on my computer so I had to install an older version. If you want to try an older version use this website:
