And if occasionally he does wake you up, you have been married 18 years, use the best trick you know to get him to that happy place so you can go back to sleep.

It could be stress. I mean I've been stressed out and I don't think about sex unless I have my boyfriend right next to me. Some people are too stressed to have sex, but for me it actually relieves stress. Maybe your meds effect your sleep/eating schedule too, which may be another indication why nothing is really going on. Or... you are possibly not turned on by her anymore. I know guys and many just like to move on to the next one.

Hmmmm? I have been married for 30 years- their are a lot of questions-how long have you been married--if a long time--over 10 years- you need to be worried! Try to figure out how recent the changes. Be very suspect.
