Did you know that exercise helps? Yep, getting the blood circulating helps boost your mood. It releases endorphins that make you happy. Any kind of exercise that you enjoy is fine. You can ask the docs for meds, but that is up to you. Together, they can probably help.
Can you drink coffee? If you can, that always makes me feel less depressed....caffiene has that effect, but don't overdo it. Keep your chin up, you will feel better, give it some time and keep us posted!
