which vitamin is responsible for the growth of height and from where i can get it?

my friend's height is 5.5 inch and she wants it to be 5.8 inch

    No one vitamin. Height is mostly controlled by genetics. You'll be as tall as you are supposed to be.

    No vitamin is responsible for the growth of bones.. Only minerals like calcium . phosphorous ,etc are responsible for its growth. But heredity decides it. Next factor is age. For males it is up to 27 years and for females it is up to 21 years. Milk contains calcium etc. You consume natural vegetables , fruits etc.

    Milk and calcium contribute growth of bone, and NO vitamins
