No... at age 15 you're seen a minor and could no longer legally enter right into a binding settlement. Your mum and dad can open an account for you and this account may well be held of their call and your call. Them being to blame for the account and additionally you being the minor that has get admission to in accordance to their needs (or no longer).

well there is something called the young savers account and its like a savings account where you can put money in and take out money.

and as far as i am concerned you can open an ISA savings account at any age which is a much better option as you get interests back every tax year(April).

A FEW DAYS AGO I GOT THE CHASE HIGH SCHOOL CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR THOSE 13-17. IT IS LINKED TO A PARENTS ACCOUNT. MY PACKAGE COMES WITH A VISA CHECK CARD. THERE ARE NO SERVICE FEES. ALL THE RULES APPLY WITH THIS ACCOUNT EXCEPT IF YOU OVERDRAFT IT IS TAKEN FROM YOUR PARENTS. SO BE CAREFUL. IT CONVERTS TO A FREE CHECKING ACCOUNT WHEN YOU TURN 19.
