You only need one Antivirus program and one Firewall, turn off the Windows Firewall.

I don't see a need for a firewall. By the time you figure out something the AV missed, it's already too late.

Stick with some good AV software like Nod32, Kaspersky, or the free alternatives. Prevent, but don't be paranoid.
