What is something romantic, for no reason whatsoever, that your spouse has ever said to you?

My husband is a Soldier and has recently returned from a deployment. Having had the wonderful reunion, a few days later we were settling in to him being back home and I was waffling away at the dinner table about some things that his Mother (of whom I am extremely fond) and I had done together whilst he was away. He got up from his seat, walked around the dining table, took my face in his hands and said 'marrying you was the best thing that ever happened to me. I absolutely bloody adore you'. It was said with such conviction and as the result of such a pragmatic coversation, it made me cry!

My boyfriend and I took the 4-wheelers out one day to play. By the end of the day, I was absolutely covered in mud. Then, he looked at me, and out of the blue said, "Wow, you have really beautiful eyes." It was sweet because I wasn't trying to be pretty or impress anybody and he still managed to notice me. He is not the romantic kind of guy at all. The fact that the compliment came out of nowhere made it really special.

I think the most romantic think my boyfriend ever said was when he said it accidentally. It happened a while ago when I lost my cellphone. I was still panicking at that time, it was like I was blabbering about the lost. he was just looking deeply at me, and suddenly and out of nowhere, he said, "I love you so much." I stopped talking and said, "What did you say?" It was like when I asked him that, that he realized what he just said. His face was confused too, but then he said again, "I love you so much." I asked him why he suddenly said that, he said he didn't know. I think that's really romantic. I love him so much too.

My husband and I were laying in bed and he said "Your make up is pretty"

I say "Im not wearing make up"

He said "OMG...I thought you were...your so pretty" (then gave me a big smile followed by a silly face and kiss) :) haha

have no spouse thing but

some one noticed that the half grown bared on my chin feels nice

"You are everything in the world to me" and "You are the best thing thats ever happened to me", from hubby to me, for no particular reason.

my hubby would never do anything like that.
